My Very Own Bed provides new beds and personalized Dream Kits to children ages 2 – 17 in the Twin Cities and surrounding suburbs whose families have recently moved into stable housing.​

All families are referred to us by our referral partner organizations. Our partners submit referrals for new beds on behalf of families directly to My Very Own Bed. 

 

As a small organization, we are only able to provide beds to families referred to us by our partners. Please note that this list includes the public school districts of Anoka-Hennepin district #11, St. Paul Public Schools district #625, and Hopkins district #270.

 

If you’re connected to one of these organizations, please ask your case manager about requesting a bed. If you aren’t connected to any of these organizations, we will not be able to provide beds for your family at this time.
